No GPS or location tracking is used.

- Directly from you when you enter timesheet data.
- Automatically through basic device interactions.
- From integrated systems such as payroll, HR, or project management platforms.

We collect and use your information for:
- Recording and verifying work hours across Aluline Commercial job sites.
- Managing attendance, labour allocation, and project cost tracking.
- Supporting payroll, project costing, and compliance processes.
- Improving App functionality, security, and performance.
- Meeting legal and regulatory requirements relevant to construction operations.
5. How We Use and Disclose Information
Your information may be used or disclosed:
- To authorised internal staff (HR, payroll, project managers, directors).
- To third-party service providers supporting the App.
- When required by law, including audits, safety investigations, or court orders.
We do not sell or share employee data for marketing purposes.

Aluline Commercial takes reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
7. Personal Devices
Employees may use personal devices to access the App. Aluline Commercial:
- Does not access personal files, photos, messages, or private data.
- Does not install device-management software.
- Only processes information entered into or generated by the App.

You may request access to your personal information or ask for corrections if the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
9. Data Retention
Timesheet records are retained for 7 years, unless a longer period is legally required.
