- Use the App only for authorised work-related purposes.
- Protect login credentials.
- Maintain their personal device in good working order.
- Comply with Aluline Commercial policies.
4. Company Responsibilities
Aluline Commercial will:
- Maintain the App and ensure reasonable availability.
- Protect employee data.
- Provide support for technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with construction industry requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
Employees must not:
- Falsify timesheet entries.
- Bypass security features.
- Use the App for unlawful activities.
- Interfere with App functionality.
6. No GPS or Location Tracking
The App does not use GPS, background location, or geofencing.
7. Personal Device Use
Employees are responsible for:
- Device security.
- Keeping the device updated.
- Ensuring the device is available for App use.
8. System Availability
We aim to keep the App functioning but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Breaches and Misconduct
Misuse of the App may result in disciplinary action.
